Our school has very low teacher/student ratios; 1:8 at the preschool level; 1:10 for first grade and 1: 16 for grades 2-5. This ensures that each child is given the proper attention and guidance.
Every child is able to receive one on one instruction and he/she is able to advance at his/her own individual pace. Math, science, language, reading, and handwriting are part of the basic curriculum at Kirk O the Valley. There are also additional, enriching classes in Music, Art, Computer Instruction, and Spanish.
