SOCHI focuses its teaching on European Medical Massage Therapy, which was developed in Russia and later in Germany some hundreds of years ago. Additionally, our curriculum is rich with other modalities, such as: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Chair, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy and Sports Massage, Kinesiology, Reflexology, Ethics and Hygiene, and Pathology. We also incorporate popular Eastern modalities such as Thai and Shiatsu.
The most unique offering at SOCHi is the Physical Therapy Aide/Sports Rehab program, which provides the student with career training as a Physical Therapy Aide, Sports Rehab Aide and a Massage Therapist.
