For the last twenty years, this family-owned and family-operated restaurant has been serving authentic Lebanese food in an intimate atmosphere to the delight of hundreds of Southern California families in the San Fernando Valley. Whether preparing a typical lunch for a few hungry patrons or catering an elaborate banquet for fifty revelers, our chefs take great pride in ensuring both the taste and presentation of each dish remains true to Lebanese tradition.
Our commitment to culinary excellence starts with serving only the freshest ingredients, from the olive oil that garnishes the hummus to the chopped parsley in the tabouleh to the savory chicken in the shawarma sandwich, We purchase much of our produce from a local farmers’ market (Hisba) and our meat from local distributors. Whenever possible, we strive for the homemade touch, such as with our delightful turnip pickles.
Whether they are characteristic of breakfast, lunch, dinner, or somewhere in between, these dishes express the richness of Lebanese cuisine and demonstrate a mastery of traditional preparation that is typically not found outside the home.
