With over 35 years of experience owner director, Lisa Cappleman, not only provides the necessary care for our younger kids, she provides the essentials for their learning needs at that age. Lisa has a BA in Child Development, and she was inspired to provide the best possible infant care in the valley.

Lisa has been the owner director at Lisa's Infant Toddler Experience for twenty six years. She is highly respected in the community. She is careful in regards to who works on her staff. The staff members must have a CPR and First Aid Certification.

The teacher turnover is significantly low so that is good considering the children will be able to establish a relationship and bonding with their care provider. Some of the staff has even been around for up to twenty five years.

The center provides part time and full time care for infants and toddlers. There have been about six hundred children that have come through the center. The staff takes pride in providing for the individual needs of the children.

There are plenty of activities for the children, including arts and crafts. Children eat when they are hungry and food is also prepared for the individual diet for that particular child. Another great thing is that there is a 4-1 ratio for staff and children.
