Our mission here Art of the Dance Academy is to provide students, regardless of their age and level of experience, with the skills and passion to appreciate dance. That's why we offer budget friendly and flexible dance lessons, fitting in even the busiest schedule. With our three-tier system, your child will build a solid foundation in dance with customized learning. Levels include:
• First Steps Academy (Ages 3 to 7)
Pre-dance combo classes in ballet, jazz, hip hop and tap.
• Art of the Dance Academy (Ages 8 to 18)
Beginning to advanced ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary modern and tap. Includes our award winning child-teen dance company Art in Motion.
• L de Muniz Dance Theater II (Ages 12 to 18)
Pre-professional training and dance company in contemporary ballet and modern.
The Art of the Dance Academy includes performance opportunities such as Winter Ballet or June recital. Your child might enter competitions or join one of our dance companies. Our professional staff includes University-trained or certified teachers working as professional dancers and choreographers. They nurture good technique, inspire a love of dance and instill a positive self image.
