Tajav Toomari DO Inc is a pediatric medical practice providing excellent and compassionate pediatric care to the community including middle and upper class as well as the underserved families in the San Fernando Valley. Tajav Toomari, DO, board certified in pediatrics founded the practice in 2009 after finishing his pediatric training at USC.

The mission of the practice is to provide equal access to excellent medical care through establishing a presence in multiple cities in the San Fernando Valley. So far, the practice has offices in Encino as well as in Van Nuys, both staffed by experienced friendly bilingual professionals. Dr Toomari is the medical director and sole provider for both offices and sees all of the patients himself. In addition to English, Dr Toomari also speaks Spanish and Farsi.

The practice is open to all patients from newborns to teenagers and all insurances are accepted. Services include well child care, sick or urgent visits, immunizations, circumcision, ear piercing, and specialty referral, both by appointment and as walk-in.
